The project aims to address gender inequality and promote gender equity within the Greater Municipality of Amman (GAM) by addressing both the situation of female workers within GAM and the integration of a gender perspective into the organization's policies and practices. One key strategy for achieving this goal is conducting a gender audit of GAM, which involves reviewing the organization's policies, practices, and outcomes to identify areas where gender inequality may be present and to make recommendations for improvement. This can help to identify and address any biases or discrimination that may be impacting the experiences of female workers within GAM.
